    Hi,

The plugin automatically translates into WordPress’ native language. In my case that is not English.
However I much prefer to use the W3 Total Cache in English, since that makes implementing tips and tricks from various international resources on the web so much easier.
This is the same the other way around: people from other countries -understandably- cannot read for instance my screenshots.
Maybe you guys sometimes run into the same problem when giving support?

So my question is: is it possible to create a feature toggle to disable translations?
(My apologies if this already exists, I have done a thorough look in all the settings but couldn’t find it anywhere).

    Regards,
    Rob

    Hello @rkuipers33

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
Yes, you are correct, if W3TC is translated to a language you are using, and if that language is selected in WP then W3 Total cache will be translated.
There is no option in W3 Total Cache to disable translation. However, you can try deleting the /wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/languages folder, or check this solution as it may be better for your use case.
    I hope this helps!
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

Deleting the files worked (I also deleted some w3 files in /wp-content/languages/plugins).

I think the translation will come back after every update, so still hoping for an optional “Translate on/off” feature.

    Thanks for your help,
    Rob
