Feature Request: Facebook, Twitter, and Permalink

Hey guys,
I’m a big fan of the plug-in and appreciate the litany of options and on-going support you’ve provided for everyone. Anyway, I had a feature request I was hoping you would consider, which is to provide the option of a Facebook, Twitter, and permalink button during the hover state. Several websites like Buzzfeed (https://www.buzzfeed.com/jessicamisener/30-signs-youre-almost-30) and Thrillist (https://www.thrillist.com/eat/new-york/west-village/umami-burger-nyc) do this, it would be awesome to have this available in your plugin!
