[Feature Request] Field Labels for ADA-compliance

First off, love this plugin. It’s easy to use, setup and figure out! Thanks for creating & sharing.

My question is in regards to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance. Form fields should always have labels to meet ADA standards, but this plugin doesn’t allow for labels. (I’m specifically talking about <label></label> fields per each input field.)

From investigating this form I know there’s no way of adding the labels in without customizing the plugin myself, which I’d much rather not do because then I can’t update the plugin when new versions are released.

Is there any way this feature can be added in the future as a setting? It’d be greatly appreciated.
