    Hello,
    using your service for my web shop improved our shipping process a lot. Thank you so much!

    I have one feature request:
    Please allow the option to not import any order into the Sendcloud Dashboard.
    Some orders get canceled or are not paid by customers, but they still show up in Sendcloud.
    It happened to me that I created shipping labels for those accidentally.

    Please therefore allow a setting for order states as: “Pending”, “Refunded” or “Canceled” to be excluded from showing up in the Sendcloud Dashboard (Incoming orders
    ).

    Dear Daniel,

    Thank you for your feature request.

    Unfortunately we will not implement this in the near future. The good news is: there is a work around for this. In your Sendcloud account in the Incoming Order View you can add filters, also regarding statusses. So if you filter only the orders with the status you like to process, you will not see the orders with statusses as “Pending”, “Refunded” or “Canceled”.     thank you for your quick reply!

    In your Sendcloud account in the Incoming Order View you can add filters, also regarding statusses

    It tried it and the nice thing is that filter stays selected even after logging out and in again.
    That does the job!
