Feature request – Fragment refresh

    Hi,

    can you please add ′$( document.body ).trigger( ‘wc_fragment_refresh’ );′ to wooajaxcart.js after line 73?
    In this case, it will refresh cart fregments as well, after update the cart.
    Very useful (eg.) if the theme has a cart in the menu.
