Feature Request : Group Fields

Hi,

Your plugin is awesome but I would like to group some of my fields. Currently, I have 25 fields and it is very hard for the user. I want something like this https://i.gyazo.com/b00d34e87beb5c1c62b8c082bb85d63e.png

If that is not possible can you add a custom HTML field so that I can separate fields by heading tags.
