Feature request: hook profiling

Hi!

I’d like to add profiling to QM, as there is some value in doing do, but it’s not on my roadmap at the moment. The main reasons for not doing so are here: https://github.com/johnbillion/query-monitor#a-note-on-profiling

The Debug Bar Slow Actions plugin has to hook into the all action in WordPress, and this actually causes your site to slow down, sometimes considerably. This is the reason I’ve avoided doing this in QM so far.
