Feature Request: Ignore error_log files during file change detection

I’m noticing most of my file change notices come from error_log files updating. This is generally business as usual for server log files. I’ve tried adding these files to be ignored but usually they are not. It would be great to have a checkbox option to ignore error_log files. Thanks for considering it, cheers!
