TOC-Plus Feature Request: Ignore headings with a toc-ignore class element

Hi,

It’d be great to be able to add a class such as toc-ignore to the heading tag in the post so that TOC+ would just ignore it, rather than having to add regular expressions to the TOC+ settings.

Is that possible? Can anyone make that happen? I’ll bounty you $10 to put it in the main plugin ??
