Feature Request: Improve compatibility by using acf_render_field_wrap()

  • Hello,

    First, let me tell you that I really enjoy your plugin. I would like to submit a feature request tho. I use multiple ACF Forms & AF Forms on the same website and I have a lot of hooks that alter the fields rendering in those forms.

    It would be really nice if you could use the native ACF function acf_render_field_wrap() to render your field’s wrapper instead of building your own <div> wrapper in advanced-forms/core/forms/forms-rendering.php:350.

    This way we won’t need to add workaround hooks specifically for Advanced Forms, when ACF already allow it.

    Hi!

    I totally see your point and ACF compatibility is one of my top priorities. Unfortunately using acf_render_field_wrap() wouldn’t work in my case although I wish it would.

    If you point out some of the incompatibilities I’ll look into them and see what I can do!
