Feature request: IP address shortened

Hello!

With regard to the GDPR, it makes sense to stop recording IP addresses.

However, in order to keep a rough overview, a shortening of the address (setting the last digit to 0) would also be an effective means.

Therefore I wanted to suggest to include this as an extension.

And vice versa: If no IP (or e.g. the user agent) is logged, the corresponding column need not be shown in the LOG display.
