Feature request: IP/email blacklist

    Want: A list of user IPs/emails that will prevent the submitted content from being saved from anyone on that blacklist.

    Can be in settings but could also use a filter to let the user do his own checking. That would work as well.

    Just to follow up with this, the next version of USP includes a hook usp_check_if_allowed that enables filtering before post submission. Here is an example that shows one possible way of setting it up. Thanks again for the idea, @johnh10.
