Feature request: lockdown for all wordpress fields

Hi dear Developers,

Is is possible to add the feature to lock down the additional attempts for registration, forgot password and search attempts for both woocommerce and wordpress?

For example to set limit to lockdown the user or robot that tries to register for 5 times in under 5 minutes.(like loginizer plugin, atlthough it is designed just for login attempts)

In fact recently I had a problem with I don’t know whether it was a user or robot that made a lot of fake searches in woocommerce and also registration and forgot password.

Although I could manage it, but from this point I reached to this conclusion that it would be very good if there were such a feature in the plugin to restrict additional search attemps.

I also think a lockdown feature is needed for comment forms. Because for example a user can post a lot of fake comments in under 5 minutes manually. But with a lockdown feature he or she or the robot can be restricted easily.

I also tested a dozen of third party plugins, but none of them were good.

So this was my experience.
