    I think it would be awesome if all the logging auto syncd to a google sheet. Then we could use it for customer reports etc.

    I know there is already ‘export to CSV’ but I mean a completely syncronised google sheet with all the logs, fully automatic. Updated twice daily or something would be perfect.

    Yes, but due to the rules of this WP forum, non-plugin-related questions are not allowed here. That’s why we have our own ticket system. Thank you for understanding.

    I guess the point im making is the ‘feature request’ button in the cleantalk dashboard that you guys have created, links here. It implies that if someone wanted to make a feature request, you would want them to do it here. Because you have a button that you click and this is where it takes you.

    You should URL of that button to take users to the ‘create a ticket’ page. That will eliminate the exact problem we are facing here.
