Feature request: Logged in to cast rating

Unless I have totally overlooked the option, I’m surprised there is no option to restrict the rating of blogs to logged in users?
The IP solution is not that great, as many people could possibly share a single IP (ex: a kiosk or large network behind a router such as a collage/university).
Not that it is a big issue, just wondering besides the IP solution how would you stop same people rating the same post multiple times?
