Here’s a piece of CSS code to make the Analysis area scrollable inside the meta box and take up less vertical space:

div#rank-math-serp-checklist {
    max-height: 290px;
    overflow: scroll;
}

If you are familiar with WP’s action and filter hooks, you can use the admin_head filter hook to insert the code for the admin pages: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/wordpress/apply-custom-css-to-admin-area/
Otherwise, you can use a plugin like this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/add-admin-css/
