Feature Request: Member Sorting

Currently, members are displayed based on when they were originally published in the plugin. In priority order, I would like to:

1. Manually define the sort order either by assigning a numeric order to each member or “dragging and dropping” the order on the all members list.
2. Automatically sort the member list alphanumerically
