[Feature Request] Need anchors with numeric fromat

Hi,

The current anchor rule for Latin languages is excellent, but it seems not to be suite for Non-Latin languages.

For example, from Chinese, if I wrote an h2 title “這是 GA 報表示範”, then generated anchor should be “#-ga” and its HTML code is the following.
<h2><span class="ez-toc-section" id="ga">這是 GA 報表示範</span></h2>
id=”ga” causes Google Analytics somep problems. For example, not tracking the traffic of this article including id=”ga”.

If this plugin can provide pure numeric anchors like #i-1, #i-2 for each article title, I think this kind of situation can be avoided.

If this feature request is approved and implemented to the next version, it will be helpful for non-Latin users.
