Feature request: no author

It would be very nice if you could eliminate the author from what is presented to the public, and just show “Last dated [date]”. There is already a drop down menu to set this, just add “none”.

(And for those having trouble with it not appearing at all on your page, make sure your pages is set to “blocks”, not the classic formatting.)
