This looks like a great start to a ChatGPT powered chat client. It provides exactly what we want for the automated portion of the chat. However, we’d like the ability to enable visitors to request a human chat if the LLM is not satisfying them. And if a human is not available, it would provide a simple form for prospect info collection. Just putting in our 2 cents for future development! Thanks!!

    Hello @myaffee,

Yes, this is definitely functionality I would like to offer in the future (schedule and priority to be determined).

There are a couple of ways that I might approach this that include in the convesation stream as a link (” or click here to chat with a human.”) or as a button (“Chat with a Human”) to engage a human, if available, to join the conversation stream.

I think a button at the bottom of the chatbot that shows up if a human was available or a button that, in effect, says no humans are avaliable, message us offline (then present a form or email).

More than happy to hear any further thoughts on this topic.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback, as it helps me continually improve and provide a better experience for our users.

P.S. If you find Chatbot ChatGPT useful, don’t forget to rate and review.

    Hello @myaffee,

Please take a look at the latest release 1.6.5 and see if the user definable buttons will help you out. You can redirect the chatter using one or two custom buttons.

With 1.6.5 you should be able to send chatters to a scheduler landing page or a contact me form on your site.

I’m still looking into a two-way chat function for live chat. That is likely something for version 2 of the chatbot.

In the meantime, let me know how that works out for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback, as it helps me continually improve and provide a better experience for our users.
