Feature request: Option to disable Author meta box on pages/posts globally

Hi, great plugin.
I just use it to activate TinyMCE on the author descripton field and don’t want my users to see it on every page/post they wrote.
Could you please add an option to disable the Author meta box on pages/posts globally? This would also stop the plugin saving author meta with each post.
