Feature request: “Post Preview” for deleted posts.

  • The post preview pane is really sweet. I was annoyed though because when I went to delete a post it didn’t show up in the preview. I think there should be some way to preview deleted posts. Maybe it could show a blank page. Or maybe it could just show a big gapping whole in the middle of your theme. Or maybe it could just just show a 35mm photograph of hell. Because hell is the epitome of nothingness. A screenshot of Doom 2 on nightmare would probably work as well.

    Either way, I think there needs to be the deleted posts preview. I was disappointed that WordPress has gotten so far, with thousands of blogs, but lacks this elementary feature. It would be a piece of cake to code it in. Please add it into WordPress 2.2, devs! Thanks!

    Um… basically. yeah.

    Well not nothing. It would be a preview of a deleted post. Or atleast a depiction of a deleted post if we can’t have a preview of the actuall deleted post. Either way would work for me, I am not picky.

    The only reason I mention this is because I want WordPress to be more competetive, and so am giving my suggestions.
