(feature request) Preserve original file and folder timestamps when restoring

It seems like we don’t have an option to preserve original file and folder timestamps during a restoration process.

I need this feature in order to not break auto-deployment from our Git repository (we have a custom plugin and a theme under Git).
Whenever original, managed by Git files are modified by non-Git commit (e.g. direct sFTP edits), the auto-deployment fails. After an UpdraftPlus restoration, the auto-deployment fails too because the times of files and folders are modified.

Fortunately, the Duplicator plugin has this feature.
Please, implement something similar in UpdraftPlus.
