Feature request – Put “CB Mail Sender Menu” below “Settings”

Currently, I have a site that uses a many plugins and it’s a bit crowded there. Most of the plugins have “sub items”, so it’s convenient for them to have a first level entry, but CB Mail Sender, which I really like and use in almost all the sites I maintain, only has one config page. It really doesn’t need to be at the first level.
