FEATURE REQUEST: Re-design Recently Modified Files

FEATURE REQUEST: Re-design the Recently Modified Files feature in the Wordfence weekly report.
I love Wordfence and that’s the only reason I’m requesting this feature request, this is not a criticism of the current design or WordPress more generally. I want to help it be better.
The Recently Modified Files feature of the weekly report is basically valueless because:
– It doesn’t show modification to files I care about e.g. wp-config.php (because they are lost in the noise)
– It does show modifications to files I am expecting e.g. plugin updates. This feature request is to re-design this feature so that it ONLY shows files that have been modified since the last report that:
– Are selectable by the user.
– Are not part of a recent update.
– Have been added outside of any recent update.I completely appreciate that this is hard to do, having to store not only a database of files hashes, but also those of plugin and core updates, and the logic to analyse the differences. And the report itself. And the UI to allow a user to add their own!
I should be able to use the Recently Modified Files list as a ‘investigation to-do list’ whereas now I just have to largely ignore it (almost zero value).
David.
