Feature Request – Reply to Email

Thank you Jacob. That’s been one of the most requested features, and for good reason. It’s still some time off, but you can expect the feature to be included in version 5.0 at launch, along with a host of other new features. Starting in wpsc Support Tickets 4.9.0 there will be a new tab in the Settings page labeled “Beta” which will allow you to test one or more individual features from 5.0 in beta form. Although the reply by email feature will not be available to test in 4.9.0, it will be added to a future release in the 4.9.x branch as an optional beta feature, so keep an eye out if you’d like to try it early on a test site.
