Feature Request – Search and "update" posts

So I noticed when you update a content block it doesn’t actually “update” the posts/pages where the block is included. In that it doesn’t send a “post updated” to trigger any actions or filters to happen. This leads to cache being outdated for however you have it set as well as any other plugins that rely on those triggers– another example being the relevannsi plugin which keeps a search index for better searching.
It would be cool for an option/feature to be in place for when you update a block it automatically searches out the posts containing the relevant shortcode and sends a “post updated” to trigger applicable functions.
