Feature Request: Send to ALL admins

I run a site with multiple admins. Would you be able to modify the “Send admin email to…” option so that I can either enter multiple comma separated user IDs (as is current), OR have an “all admins” checkbox? That way if I add or remove admins, I wouldn’t need to modify a comma separated list.
