Feature request: statistics about accepting/dismissing cookies

Maybe I missed the feature, but I would be really interested to know how many users accept and dismiss cookies on my site.

I know for privacy reasons it is not allowed to collect comprehensive statistics without user consents. But I think a simple click counter without IP collection etc. should be compliant. And the numbers wouldn’t have to be 100% correct either. I would just like to have an approximate feeling about how high the percentage of those users is who allow cookies and thus all other tracking services at all.

I think this would be a great extension for the plugin.
