    Hi!

First of all I really love your Plugin and appreciate the work and your time you put into building it! Thank you! It works almost perfect for me.
I have a photo blog with some pretty big image galleries and I use FancyBox as the default script.
It works really well on the PC, but more and more users use their smartphones to view the pictures and they are used to swipe the pictures like on Facebook.
Is it possible to build in the “swipe-feature” from SwipeBox into FancyBox? I would love to continue using FancyBox, but would also love to let my users swipe on their smartphones.

    Thank you!

Unfortunatelly it’s not possible. Fancybox 3 is about to introduce that feature but it’s not possible to use this in our plugin, because of the type of license – it’s incompatible with WordPress repository rules.

okay, so it’s not possible (or allowed) to use Fancybox 3 in your plugin or in any other WordPress-Plugin?

No, if it’s released in the WP repository.
