Feature request: Sync menu to custom post type

Hi,

First, thanks for an awesome plugin. It’s perfectly suited for site we’re doing for one of our clients, with lots of content and deep hierarchies.

I just have one feature request. As far as I can tell, there’s not a way to activate the “Sync Menu” feature (the checkbox in the top right of edit.php) for post types other than page. On the client site we’re working on, the bulk of the content is stored to a custom post type that we’d like to sync the menu with. If it was possible to change the “Sync Menu” post type, whether through a setting or a filter, this plugin would be perfect for us.
