Feature Request: Title hover and open state colors

Hi Andy,

Thanks for this lightweight plugin, i have 2 requests if possible;
1. Title hover and open state color changes,

2. Collapse others; i don’t like it but if it requires js there might be an enable button with “this option requires js”.
