[Feature request] To-Do List

  • I think a To-Do List might be a good feature to add to the Dashboard or the Administration Panel. I have a to-do list for my blog which contains things like “add a Google Adsense banner to the front page” or “design a new logo”, which are used to remind myself of tasks related to building the blog. Currently I have the to-do list written on a piece of paper. It will be more handy if I could have it displayed somewhere on the Dashboard.

  • I’d say that’s plugin territory. Maybe try a web search?

    This plugin does not work well with 2.7 beta3 (you can not purge or delete completed tasks) and it looks like the author is not updating the site. I really liked this plugin! Does anyone else have any other alternatives?

    computerpeach, and anyone else having problems with the ourtodo plugin–if you open the plugin in the built in plugin editor and change the “edit.php” by $otd_location (it’s near the top) to “tools.php”… you should see the plugin start working again. I was having the same problem until someone instructed me to make this change.

    It’d be awesome if this could be built into WordPress in future builds, but it’s great to get the plugin working again. ??
