Feature requests: multisite and per-role settings

This may be well beyond the scope of this plugin, but I would love to see a couple of extra (pretty big!) features:

1. Sync settings across multisite – the ability to set this up just once and then sync the settings across all sites in a network would be super useful. (I can work around this using Broadcast + Copy Options)

2. Per-role settings – this plugin could become very powerful if it included the option to configure the block access per user-role.
