Feature Requests: Turn Pages on/off and Reorder Pages and Links

    Would be two neat features for WordPress:
    1. Being able to turn Pages on & off (visbible /invisible – like it′s possible for Links)
    2. Being able to reorder Pages and Links (move them up & down the list))

    Or, are there any Plugins that make that possible?
