Feature reuqest

Hello,
I would like to see in this plugin/live chat with 3cx:
– Chat Queue (with approx. waiting time and queue position) with the ability for the agent to start the chat (without taking the chat so other agents can see the chat).
– Callback Service
– Chat Opening Times / Schedule to you can set it just for the chat instead of 3cx operating times for the queue (or based on agent status in the queue).
– Email Chat Transcripts
