Feature: Showing Tag Cloud using PHP

Hello,
is it somehow possible to use this plugin using PHP within templates? That would be cool, because I would like to use it′s nice features to show ONE row of the most recent tags with the most articles just below (for example) my navigation.
Is that possible somehow?
