Feature suggestion: block SPAm comment IPs too

I actually found a plugin for it but I thought since it is not a big one, maybe you’d like to incorporate this feature? So basically every comment marked as SPAM gets logged and thus can be blocked by fail2ban. For references: https://blog.shadypixel.com/spam-log-plugin/
