Feature Suggestion / Current State

First, thank you for all the hard work, this plugin is a god send. Last night on one of the sites I was working on, I changed the quality and had to re-smush all the images. I tried 3 – 4 times as it would keep freezing at random percentages. ( 15%, 24% etc )

I tried one more time and left it run when I went to bed, of course, I woke up with it frozen at 44%. After a refresh today it finally completed the re-smush to 100%.

With this all said, would a “Current State” be a useful feature when there is an issue between the API and the plugin or any other reason fails/freezes?

Example, let’s say it stops (freezes) at 23%, if the page is refreshed, should it not continue from the Last or Current State instead of starting over? This would be especially useful on a large batch of images that can take hours only to realize it is going to start from the beginning again should something happen.. over and over until it decides to make it to the end.

Numbers Version:
Smushing 10,000 Images
Freezes at 50%
Restart/Refresh the page
Starts from 0% again.

Why re-smush the 5000 photos again and start over, instead capture the current/last state and continue from that point. I understand it is all 100% free and I appreciate the plugin, however this might be useful idea for the future. ??
