Feature Suggestions & Possible Bugs

First of all, let me say that this looks like a very interesting plugin.

I’ve tried WP-Invoice (not thrilled about it) and I’ve even converted WooCommerce into an invoicing system so it’s nice to see another well rounded plugin hit the repository.

I’ve been playing around with the free version and have a few feature suggestions:

1. When creating a new invoice from the dashboard and using the “Invoice for Client > Create Client” feature it would be ideal if there was an option there for “Username”. As it stands, creating a client this way adds a new user to WP using the email address as their username which isn’t always ideal.
2. When using the same “Create Client” process above have an option to send the client an email advising they now have an account that lists their username/password
3. If I missed this feature I apologize, but it’d be nice, once an invoice/estimate is assigned to a Company/User(s) that they can log in and view an “Invoices/Estimates” page showing list of all their invoices.
4. An option to allow users to download their Invoice as a PDF
5. Payment gateway fees.

Possible Bugs

I’m just wondering if the following are bugs since they are not listed in the description as “Premium” features but they do not appear to be available in the free version I’m testing.

• The “Deposits” feature is listed as a premium function yet all my invoices using the free version says “Pay Deposit” and not “Pay Invoice” in the top right. Near the top left the invoice also lists “Invoice Total”, “Deposit Total” in orange (mimicking the invoice total) and then “Balance”. It looks like this is happening because the invoice is auto filling the “Deposit Due” field with my invoice total and without the premium feature I have no way to remove it.
• There is no option for PayPal Standard, the only option is Check/PO.
• Tasks also don’t seem to be available.
