Feature to use Zendesk Chat only within WP Dashboard?

    Hi, love the plugin and Zendesk Chat.

    What would be involved in adding a feature to Zendesk Chat so it can be used only within the WordPress Dashboard?

    I’m asking as I support a lot of customers and their WP websites that they update their sites themselves and they’re always calling or emailing me in regards to small issues that would be much faster to resolve (and less hassle for them) if they could use a chat window.

    The ability for them to quickly and instantly contact me through Zendesk Chat from within their own websites WP Dashboard would be amazing.
