Featured and Other Image Upload Issue

    Hello the Sirv Team,

    First thank you for your great plugin. When I heard about the plugin then fall in love. I am a WordPress developer and working with great reputation for my client. But now I am facing some problem with this plugin.

    1. I can’t upload the featured image for post/page/custom page.
    2. I am using ACF(Advanced Custom Field) plugin and create text editor. Then set it on the category page. When I goes to add the Image using Sirv Media then it is not working even not shows any error.

    Right now please look the both issue and let me know via email or giving post to your website.

    I would be really honor to you if you help me with the issues.

  • Hello Al-Amin,

    We’re very sorry for the slow reply (we weren’t notified of your message – that’s been fixed now).

    1. Please continue to upload featured images to WordPress as normal. Sirv will automatically detect the new image the first time it is requested on your website, then it will be synced to Sirv and served from our CDN. Simple!

    2. We need to check why the AFC plugin and Sirv plugin are conflicting on your website. Please send us a login to your WordPress admin, via the secure form in your Sirv account here: https://my.sirv.com/#/contact/. Then our plugin team will login and identify the cause.
