Featured Area 3 and 4 Poloray Theme

  • I’m using Poloray and after updating wordpress, I now find that the 3rd and 4th Feature area are not working correctly. When I go to Appearance, Customize, then choose the Home Page Feature Area, then choose the Third Feature ARea, the Description box is missing altogether. When I choose the Fourth feature Area, that has the Third FEature area description, which I can change but there is no where now to change the Fourth Feature Area description. Please help!

  • Have you just posted on the Poloray Forum just 30 minutes ago? (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/featured-area-3-and-4-poloray-theme?replies=1), because this is what I was going to suggest you do. The theme developers are probably the best bet to resolve the issue.

    No I didn’t because their site only supports paid not the free wordpress version, which is the version I got from worpress.org. I just tried to reload the poloray files and still same problem. Seems something is broken somewhere. thanks, any info would be appreciated.

    Ah, I see.
    So, I installed this theme on one of my development sites and everything you mention occurs on my site as well, so there ar no problems with your WordPress install or your site – but there is a problem with the theme.

    I have sent an email to the theme’s developers explaining the issues and am awaiting an answer.
