Featured Content Not Displaying Image

In Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings, I tried to set the Featured Content with an image from my media library. The content I used for the image source (in brackets) is:
img src=”https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/SelahGlobe.png” width=”300″ height=”200″ alt=”” /I was following the example in this article:
https://cyberchimps.com/guide/theme-options-featured-content/Unfortunately, it is still showing a default image (of the hot coffee mug). Can you please help me so it will display my selahglobe image please?
