Problem scale featured image

    I am using arras theme and I have a problem with my featured image. https://laura.drouven.nl/.

    The image is not totally showing. When I try to scale my image. The image is already cut out like this. So I can’t scale my whole image but only a part of it. Can anyone help me, so I can scale my image. I already downloaded the plugin picgrab. But it doesn’t help.
