    1. Create a dir named download-manager inside your active theme dir
    2. Create another dir page-templates inside newly created download-manager in step #1
    3. Copy page-template-default.php from /plugins/download-manager/tpls/page-templates/ to [active-theme-dir]/download-manager/page-templates/
    4. Open the file, remove [thumb_900x0] and save

    That will remove the thumb.
