Featured Image displaying incorrectly

  • That’s part of your theme. The theme adds an overlay on top of the thumbnail image for some strange reason.

    If you can’t modify the theme yourself you’ll need to talk to the themes author/vendor as commercial themes aren’t supported in these forums.

    The theme hasn’t changed recently though. This issue is new in the last couple of weeks but prior to that the image was fine.
    Does that change it?

    Sorry – it doesn’t. You need to seek support from the theme’s vendor. The www.ads-software.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.ads-software.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.
