Featured image does not appear in Facebook post

  • I have set a featured image on my posts, but when I link to them in a Facebook post, the image is an empty placeholder.

  • Which plugin you are using for sharing post on facebook? Try to use plugin setting if you are using plugin. Try once, and if problem arise let me know.

    I was composing the post directly in Facebook because I wanted to control the timing and text of posting to FB. Shouldn’t that be possible?

    Sorry for the late reply. It may be easier by using Social sharing plugin. Try some social share plugin and if not work let me know. I will do my best to overcome your problems.
