Featured image duplicates in splited post

  • Dear Support,

    Why does the featured image duplicated on multiple splited post ?

    We split long posts into pages using the <!--nextpage--> which works well however the featured image is duplicated on each page which is a bit annoying.

    Could you help me on this issue ?

    How is the featured image included in your theme? As long as it is included outside of the_content, it should only show up once.
