Featured Image Hover Text

    Hi,
    I have been searching for a simple, but sleek theme and Velux is one I’ve chosen to try and get to my needs. My goal is to be able to show text on the featured image, when I hover over said featured image.

    So far I have been able to transition to a lower opacity by using CSS, but I can’t find a way to include text. The text can be centered in the featured image, and if possible I would like the text from the Caption in gallery to be shown.

    Any thoughts on how/if this can be done?

    I checked your website and I can see that the image caption appears as a featured image hover effect as seen below:

    Sorry for not responding, but Gmail decided the reply from www.ads-software.com was spam and I rarely check my spam folder.

    I managed to use a few workaraounds and got pretty much what I was looking for, but I’ll let you know if I come across issues!
